Google may have an interesting idea to help organize your cluttered tabs in Chrome.

The search engine tech giant is reportedly working on a new experimental feature that automatically groups and categorizes the plethora of tabs that dominate your browsing experience.

The helpful benefit, apparently called “Organize Tabs,” automates what people already do manually with tab groups. Basically, you’ll click “Organize Tabs” in the top left corner of Chrome, and as a result, the browser will intelligently group similar websites for you. Next, you can label these groups as you like.

X/Twitter user @Leopeva64 The feature was spotted in Google’s Chrome Canary channel, a version of the browser with experimental features.

It makes sense that Google would find a way to automate this process. However, many Google Chrome users struggle with keeping a barrage of tabs open. Click a simple button to manage it all? It looks amazing.
